We may also identify tax exemptions or other ways to lower your property taxes. In such cases, we will prepare and submit the necessary paperwork.

Even if your appeals window with the Cook County Assessor has passed, we can still file your Cook County appeal.

Any tax savings we obtain will remain in effect until your property is reassessed.
